Friday After-School Club
Breakfast Club is run by the school from 7:45am to 8:35am when children head straight to class.
Breakfast can be taken – cereal, toast, juice and fruit or the club used to provide childcare.
To make a booking and pre-pay for your child’s session please use the Parent Portal Arbor. Contact the School Office for a login.
Breakfast and childcare – £5.50
Childcare only – £4.50
On a Friday After School Club is run by the school until 4pm. The cost is £5 per session.

Monday-Thursday After-School Club
After School Club on a Monday – Thursday is run by Active Primary Sports.
The club runs from 3:15pm-5:30pm and costs £10 including a snack & drink.

Terms & Conditions
Wrap around care is available to all children who attend Framfield Primary school.
We recognise that due to work and other commitments, it’s not always possible to pick children up from school when the school day finishes. We provide a safe, fun, active and sporty childcare option directly after school.
Our WRAP around care is based on sports games and activities.
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made 24hrs in advance.
We advise to book termly slots to avoid disappointed but will be as flexible as possible.
payment will be requested at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
Payments MUST be made via BACS prior to childcare starting.
Please make BACS payment to: Active Primary Sports, Sort Code: 30-98-77, Account Number: 38781960. Please put your childs name as reference so we can locate your payment when needed.
Timings
End of school – 5:30pm £10.00 per session includes snacks & drinks for the duration. Parents are more than welcome to pick up early at 4:30pm if they wish.

A designated wraparound care phone number will be provided shortly for you to contact us.
Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have received a confirmation response from us.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- Refunds will only be made if sessions are cancelled by Active Primary Sports.
3. Changes to Bookings
- Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested in advance directly to active primary sports.
- Date changes may incur an administrative fee of £3.50
- Please note that all enquiries regarding wrap-around care must go through Active Primary Sports. Framfield Primary School is unable to confirm places or amend bookings on our behalf.
4. Attendance and Punctuality
- Parents/guardians must ensure children are collected promptly at the designated pick-up times 4:30pm and 5:30pm only
- Late collection will result in additional charge of £5.00 paid at pick up.
5. Behaviour Policy
- The club promotes a positive behaviour environment. Any child displaying disruptive or harmful behaviour may be asked to leave, with no refund provided.
6. Health and Safety
- Parents must inform the club staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to attendance.
- In the event of illness, parents may be asked to collect their child immediately.
7. Liability
- The Wrap Around Club accepts no liability for personal belongings brought to the club.
- The club is not responsible for any injury unless caused by proven negligence.
8. Data Protection
- Personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
